Materials

• Natural soy wax

• High-quality fragrance oil

• Crackling wooden wick

• Metal wick base and adhesive wick stickers

How to Clean Your Jar (Before Refilling)

• Place your empty candle jar into a heat-safe bowl.

• Carefully pour boiling water into the bowl until it reaches just above the level of the leftover wax inside the jar. Do not pour water directly into the candle jar.

• Leave for 5 minutes until the wax softens and loosens.

• Remove the softened wax using a spoon or paper towel.

• Wipe the inside of the jar clean with a paper towel and discard the tissue.

• Peel or scrape away any residue from the previous wick sticker.

• Ensure the jar is completely dry before refilling.

Important: Never pour wax down the sink or drain.

Change of Mind Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

• The candle refill must be unused, unburned and unopened

• All packaging and components must be intact

• The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Please note:

• For hygiene and safety reasons, used, burned or partially used candle refills cannot be returned

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

If your candle refill arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We currently ship within the UK only.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your candle refills arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–4 working days

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Please note: processing times do not include delivery times.

During busy periods, launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to keep you informed.

Delivery

• UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier

Once your order has been dispatched, Cosy + Snug is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
